Failure to read and follow
any of the instructions on this page can void warranty and
product support. If you experience problems, contact The Storage
Shed on the website only.
The time limit for returns
is 15 days. You have 15 days to return the product. If this
period has elapsed do not return your product it will not be
accepted. No exceptions will be made.
Your intent to return the
product must be received no later than 15 days after you receive
your shelter. Email
info@the-storage-shed.com and notify us of your intent to
return the shelter.
Do no attempt to build the
garage if any of the following circumstances exist: damaged or
defective missing parts. Any attempt to build the garage under
these circumstances could cause irreversible damage. Instead,
email
info@the-storage-shed.com and let us know the nature of your
problem.
DEFECTS: You email
info@the-storage-shed.com and
notify us of the problem within 5 days of receiving the product.
DAMAGED IN SHIPPING: You must
email
info@the-storage-shed.com and
notify us within 2 days of receiving the product.
INCORRECT PRODUCT:
If the product is incorrect due to improper or incorrect
information provided
by the buyer, The-Storage-Shed will charge a 20% restocking fee
plus shipping. The minimum
charge for restock is $20.00
IF YOU REFUSE A SHIPMENT BECAUSE YOU NO LONGER
WANT THE ORDERED ITEM: You will be responsible for return
shipping and a 20% restocking fee.
THERE ARE
NO RETURNS ON INSTALLED OR USED PRODUCTS. No exceptions
will be made. Note: If the box has been opened on certain
shelters, it will be considered used.

All returns without notice to us will be refused.
Shipping charges both ways are the
responsibility of the customer. All returned items will be
subject to a 20% restocking fee.
